1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EternalVow Wedding OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
EternalVow provides a digital platform for wedding organization, including guest list management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. We offer both Free and Premium subscription tiers.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Tier: Limited capacity (e.g., up to 10 guests) and standard features.
- Premium Tiers: Monthly or Annual billing unlocks full capacity and advanced tools.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Dashboard. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
3.1 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, in accordance with EU law, residents of the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. To request a refund, contact hello@eternal-vow.com.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the wedding data and images you upload. By using the Service, you grant EternalVow a license to process and display this data solely for the purpose of provide the Service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
EternalVow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for errors in wedding planning or vendor disputes resulting from the use of our software.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
